I came in for an alignment, and I was very impressed with their computer system—it sends updates on the progress of the service, includes photos, and provides a detailed breakdown of everything completed. I regularly get my oil changes here and will continue to return. During this visit, there was a small miscommunication, but Chuck handled it immediately and without hesitation. Excellent customer service! I’ll be back soon to get the oil changed on my truck.

This is the third time I’ve been to this place and all three times. They were awesome to me today. I told him what I wanted. That’s exactly what they did. They didn’t try to add on. They didn’t tell me other things that’s needed. Everything‘s always awesome every single time and I like that they’re cheap on Just changing the flat. Other places around there will charge 50 bucks. If you don’t know that this guy is there you’ll pay 50 bucks now. Everybody needs to know they’re there. They take good care of you.

If you have any Air Conditioning questions or concerns Burnett’s is the shop to trust! They were extremely fast, professional and flexible. They were transparent about costs and potential problems in the future well before I had even scheduled my service. The employees all have a smiling face on for their customers, even the technicians. (just don’t feed Tyler is the word on the street) They even have an aggressively competitive shop rate. Not very often does a shop try to actually keep some money in your pocket. I’d trust Burnett’s with all my automotive needs.

Chuck is my go-to always, when I need more than oil change & tire rotation. I can always trust him. But Freeland stepped up when I had an issue with my windshield sprayer nozzles, told me what to order and installed them himself free of charge because it was an easy fix (for him!). My old twin I-beam suspension was way out of spec and needed an alignment. The techs did a great job. Maybe too well, actually. Aiming for a little toe-in is good for everyday driving stability (it's personal preference), but they managed to hit a perfectly neutral 0.0 degrees. I'm impressed.

I had a major brake problem with my Ford F-350. They got it in really fast. Then I added an oil change and they found a differential leak. They still had it done in a day and a half. I will keep sending our customers from the RV Park (Chuck's RV Resort) to them for service.

Never been here before and not big breakfast eaters, but glad we stopped in. The food was good, and what a value. I had the MVP breakfast was 2 eggs, 2 sausage, hash browns, waffle, and biscuit & gravy for $12.79. Everything was tasty, the place was clean, and the service was great. Funny though, the coffee was $3.49 with unlimited refills.

These guys are great!! Im in and out of the shop every week because i go to the landfill and pick up nails in my tires constantly, every time i walk in I'm greeted and quickly taken care of!
